There is a $50 per applicant fee to process an application. There is a $25 waiting list fee.

If the apartment you want is not available now, you can be placed on a waiting list. We recommend that you consider this step only if you can be ready to move in the next 18 months or less because life changes quickly and the apartment you want could open. Putting yourself on the list helps you move forward faster. If you have been offered property that meets your request but you turn it down, you will be charged an additional $25 fee to remain on the list at your one year anniversary date.
